Welcome to my new site! I am thrilled you found me. I have a convenient location in the East Valley – near the 101 and Southern. Call me and we’ll talk! You can also drop me an email – a great way to reach me.I hope you find some items of interest on this site. I am working hard on it – creating articles, finding interesting quotes, searching for new book
recommendations – even looking for movies that show people coping with life’s challenges in a positive way.

I have been an active fulltime counselor for 25 years here in Arizona, with most of that time spent in Phoenix. When you come to me, you will work with one of the most experienced counselors in the Valley of the Sun. Plus, I offer flexible hours! I work Monday through Thursday; and also see clients on Saturday. I also tend to counsel later in the day and evening, which is convenient for busy people.

A Word About Spiritual Counseling…
I am also a counselor who believes that spiritual resources are very important in coping with life’s struggles and managing our mental health. As a licensed counselor, I am deeply respectful of all religious and spiritual pathways and find that many of my clients bring these issues into their sessions and wish to talk about them! This is one of the most satisfying parts of my job.

FOR CLIENTS USING MEDICAL INSURANCE BENEFITS

Call your medical insurance company and see if you need an authorization number to see me. Get this number and bring it with you when you come for the session. Also find out how many sessions have been authorized.

Important note: Bring your medical insurance card along with you to your first session. I will need to make a copy of it.

Finally, find out if you need to pay a co-pay. In my office, I can take exact cash or a
check. If you want to use plastic, you can get on my website (www.patriciabradleybates. com) and use the PayPal link – but you must add a processing fee. This fee will be displayed on the payment page before you click your approval.

FOR CLIENTS USING EAP BENEFITS:

If you are using your EAP benefits, let me know. EAP (stands for Employee Assistance
Program) is a free batch of counseling sessions that some companies provide for their
employees. Often, there is a need to get these authorized (oh boy, another number!). If
using EAP benefits, you will need to find out how many counseling sessions you are
allowed.

Finally, bring your medical insurance card along with you to your first session: even if
you are not using your medical insurance benefits. Let me know if you have any
questions about this. You an email me or call me at 480-205-0062.

Thanks! See you at your first session!
